Quit Path is a behavioural coaching and tracking app. It is written to be accurate and useful, but it is general information — not personal medical advice.
1. What Quit Path is
A structured programme, daily check-ins, craving tools and progress tracking designed to support people who have decided to stop vaping.
The content is based on widely published information about nicotine dependence and behaviour change. It is general in nature and cannot take your individual medical history into account.
2. What Quit Path is not
It is not a medical device, and it has not been assessed or approved by the MHRA or any other regulator.
It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a replacement for advice from your GP, pharmacist, nurse or a stop-smoking specialist.
It does not prescribe or replace nicotine replacement therapy or prescription cessation medication.
3. Speak to a professional if
You have a heart or lung condition, diabetes, or a mental health condition that quitting could affect.
You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
You are taking prescription medication — stopping nicotine can change how some medicines work, and doses may need reviewing.
Your withdrawal symptoms are severe, or your mood drops significantly after quitting.
4. Free help in the UK
NHS stop-smoking services are free, local and evidence-based, and people who use them are significantly more likely to quit successfully. Search 'NHS stop smoking service' with your area, or ask your GP or pharmacist.
Using Quit Path alongside a stop-smoking service is a good combination — one gives you clinical support, the other gives you the daily structure between appointments.
5. In an emergency
Do not use this app for urgent help. In the UK call 999 for emergencies, 111 for urgent medical advice, or Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24 hours) if you are struggling with how you feel.
For anything about the app itself, email support@quitpath.co.uk.
