Before you sign up

Is Quit Path a medical treatment?+

No. Quit Path is a coaching and tracking tool built on evidence-based behavioural strategies. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't a substitute for advice from your GP or a stop-smoking service.

What if I slip up?+

You log it and carry on. A slip is data, not a reset of your worth. Quit Path keeps your longest streak and helps you spot the trigger so the next week is different.

How does the free trial work?+

You get 7 days of full access from the moment you create an account. No charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

Can I cancel whenever I want?+

Yes. Cancel from your account page in two taps. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

I'm under 18 — can I use it?+

Quit Path is designed for ages 16-30. If you're under 18 we ask for a parent or guardian to be aware you're using it, and we keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to support your quit.

Does it work if I've tried and failed before?+

Most people who quit for good tried several times first. Quit Path is built for attempt number four — short daily contact, tools in the moment a craving hits, and a record of what actually worked for you.
